I think if you ask any child about adults who surround them, they would probably say that we are a little wacky and ' seem to be stressed a lot of time. Here are some simple things you can teach ...
1. Nap when you're tired.
2. Eat when you're hungry.
3. do not starve yourself, makes you tired and irritable. bit eat little and often to keep fed up.
4. Refuse stubbornly to eat even one more bite once they are full. If you are full after a few mouthfuls, gleefully throwing away the rest.
